Contact GrantTitan support

Questions about verification, eligibility, billing, or how the platform works — there is one inbox for all of it, and it is read by the people building GrantTitan.

How support works

Email us any time, or use the form below — both land in the same inbox. We read everything that arrives, and replies come from the same address, so you always know a reply is really from us. GrantTitan is in pilot, so support is handled directly by the product team rather than a call center: expect a reply within one business day, and usually sooner. If your message is about a specific grant, application, or posting, naming it in your message helps us find the record quickly.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered in plain words elsewhere on the site. How verification works — the named sources, what happens when a check fails, and how checks re-run — is on Trust & Security. How a grant’s published rules become an eligibility determination is on How eligibility works. Every price, including what seekers pay ($0) and the fees a funder pays on top of an award, is on the pricing page, and the short answers are collected in the FAQ.

Reporting something that doesn’t look right? Choose “Report a problem or safety concern” above, or email us directly. And keep the anti-scam rules in mind: GrantTitan never asks for a payment to release a grant, never asks for gift cards or wire transfers, and never asks for your password. If someone asks you for any of those, it is not us — tell us, and do not send it.

Trust, verification & security

GrantTitan’s credential is not a badge we bought — it is a record you can read. Every verified profile names the source it was checked against and the date it was checked. This is the short version; the full page explains every rule.

Verified from named sources

  • Checks run automatically against the IRS tax-exempt organization database, Candid, verified school-system records, and the organization’s email domain — and fail closed, with the plain reason, if they cannot pass.

Security, in plain words

  • Multi-factor authentication, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and a full audit log of who saw what.

Money & students

  • Seekers pay $0, and no student names, photos, grades, or records appear anywhere on the platform.
Applying and verifying are always free. GrantTitan never charges a fee to release funds, and will never ask for gift cards, wire transfers, or your password by email. If someone asks you for any of those, it is not us.

On certifications, plainly: we are building our controls toward SOC 2 Type II. GrantTitan is not SOC 2 certified, and we will not claim to be until an independent audit is complete.

Read the full Trust & Security page — how verification works, who can see your information, the education-privacy rules, and how to tell the real GrantTitan from a copy.

Proof, not promises

Advance-fee grant scams dress up in borrowed badges. GrantTitan displays no certification logos at all — only claims you can check yourself, in one click, at the source. Our seal appears only where a check has actually run — and every check names its source.

IRS records

Nonprofit status is checked against IRS Tax Exempt Organization records.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. GrantTitan never holds grant funds and never sees or stores card numbers.

Schools & privacy

No student names, photos, or records — anywhere, by design. We are ready to sign the National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) with any district.

What we hold — and what we don’t

Every certification we’ve earned, and the ones still in progress, are listed on our Trust & Security page. We claim only what we hold.
